Questions and answers of the customers

I just purchased this product. I put it in use last night. A 15lb tank lasted less than 12 hours on LOWEST setting. The flames were white and always high to me. Is this normal? Normal flame (isn't it usually different when main burner ignites?) Normal fuel consumption?
