Oh yeah,well we bought this heater last year because it said it had NO Smell, well it does! We are at 10,000 feet is there some adjustment for this or are you lying about your product????

A If you run the wick in the wrong position, or use low-quality kerosene or diesel fuel, it will emit odor and soot. If you are burning kerosene, it is going to smell like kerosene, there is no such thing as zero aroma. Try using an additive flavor in your good quality kerosene, it is very pleasant. I use vanilla additive.
