    2. Why does this heater have a factory installed Wick from another heater? The one installed was torn from factory to make it fit, and does not work properly. The heater barely had a visible flame and sooted the tower very bad with fresh fuel. QC was extremely poor on mine. I think mine is straight up defective out of box as a new wick does not work either.
